If you or a loved one has PTSD, you need to get help. PTSD cannot be reasoned away or ignored, it needs to be treated or it can destroy you or the ones you love. Members of the military have been trained from day one to be tough, so they think they can tough out PTSD. It doesn’t work that way, and thinking it will go away is a mistake.

This Memorial Day weekend, show your support and participate in the 3rd Annual Memorial Day 5k. The 5k hike will take place on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Veterans and civilians are invited to walk as a way to remember the fallen and support local veterans. To participate in the march we request a $20 donation, which includes participation in the march, as well as the after party, with food and drinks, raffles, a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, and a Veterans Bike Show.
