Sarasota Rapid Resolution Therapy
We provide Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), which is an accelerated healing method that is gentle and painless. It’s an innovative approach developed by Dr. Jon Connelly that eliminates traumatic events from the past that cause painful emotions, thoughts and behaviors. RRT is task-oriented and effect-driven to clear the root cause. The RRT session will last until the task is complete and the mind is cleared.
The RRT process does not require individuals to relive painful past experiences or trauma. Conflict blocking desired change is resolved on a deeper level producing immediate relief and lasting change in emotions and behavior. Significant improvements are reported in as little as one to two sessions, and clients report an immediate sense of peace, clarity and energy. RRT can help with a range of issues and conditions including PTSD, sexual trauma and complicated grief.

She practiced and facilitated massage, women’s groups, life coaching, light therapy, EFT, and energy work in Sedona, AZ for twenty five years. She has now lived in Sarasota for six months and has an office in town. Vivie is thrilled to find an avenue to reach veterans, as this approach is highly effective and effortless.

She is passionate about light therapy and has been using it daily for five years, seeing great results in her own healing journey. She believes that light therapy is an elegant and effective way to reduce stress, pain, and oxygenate our bodies thus detoxing tissues and organs and regenerate.
Vivie wants to make a difference through this non-invasive yet deep healing modality. Combined with coaching and releasing emotional patterns through EFT, clients can emerge healthy and whole. Brain functioning will improve, reducing symptoms and PTSD.
OPT FOR LIGHT, LLC
My company incorporates two modalities, Light Therapy and Life Coaching. Working together, we can establish what would be the best approach for your needs. We can use light therapy only, life coaching only, or a combination of both. It is an open system which allows for growth and change, moving organically as you come into wholeness.
BRILLIANT LIGHT THERAPY
In Light Medical systems emit pulsed wavelengths of light energy to sites and areas of chronic pain. This light therapy stimulates the release of nitric oxide and ATP in the body, creating a cascade of therapeutic benefits. Nitric oxide is a vasodilator, having the ability to improve circulation which is the foundation of good health. It reduces inflammation, oxygenating the body and allowing it to regenerate tissue and new blood vessels. The system is a Type II Medical Device, FDA cleared for increasing circulation and decreasing pain.
It is used successfully for neuropathy, circulation issues, traumatic brain injury, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), sleep issues, wound healing, muscle and tendon issues, and more.
Cerescan, a spect imaging company, did research on how LED lights would affect brain injury. They did a small study with 12 veterans and the In Light system called The Invisible Brain Injury Project. The results were astounding. After only 6 hours of light sessions (3 - 20 minute sessions for 6 weeks), their symptoms went down and cognitive performance went up. In Subject 1 and 3 spect scan photos, the gray area represents healthy blood flow in the brain.
